Our Terms and Conditions

Financial Details and Dog Requirements

  • A 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking to secure your booking.

  • Balance of payment is due prior to drop off.
  • If no deposit or payment is received we reserve the right to refuse your dog. We will contact you to notify you of this if applicable.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer.
  • If the booking is cancelled more than 8  weeks prior to boarding a full refund will be given.

  • If cancelled between 8 weeks and one week of your booking a 50% refund will be made.

  • No refund will be given for cancellation within one week of boarding.

  • Should your dog cause damage to our property or possessions during the stay, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to you the owner.

Dog Requirements:

All dogs must be:

  • Registered via our registration form.
  • Up to date with all vaccinations and regularly wormed and de-flead. Proof of up to date vaccinations must be provided at time of booking. The course of vaccination must have been completed at least 4 weeks before the first date of boarding.
  • Must be friendly and sociable with people and other dogs.
  • Must walk well on the lead and have good recall if off lead.
  • Male and female dogs over 18 months old need to be neutered or spayed as appropriate.
  • Female dogs must not be in season during their stay.
  • Microchipped.
  • It is recommended that the owner insures the dog for all eventualities.
  • We cannot accept dogs with any behaviour issues or that are aggressive.
  • Owners will supply food, bowls, bedding and familiar toys if required.
